Shipping

All Items are shipped via UPS.
You can expect your order to be processed within two (2) business days from when it is received.

Exchanges

If you have recieved a damanged or incorrect item:

• You can return the item for an exchange
• Upon receipt of the returned merchandise, we will inspect the item and a replacement item will be sent to you.
• Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
• We will ship the replacement item free of charge.

Returns

We will accept returns within a 15-day return period. This return period begins on the date you receive your order.

• Items must be un-opened and in new condition.
• Upon receipt of the returned merchandise, we will inspect the item and begin the refund process. The amount refunded is calculated using the original purchase price of the item.
• Shipping will not be refunded.
